About
Jess has always been deeply curious about how the body and mind works — about food, health, emotional wellbeing and the ways we can support the body to heal, adapt, and thrive. Like many practitioners, her path into natural medicine was driven by a combination of personal health struggles, life experiences, an inherent fascination with health and medicine, and the desire to understand the root cause of illness — not just how to manage it.
Jess is a degree-qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist, and Herbalist with additional training in homeopathy, iridology, flower essence therapy, and Reiki (Level 2). She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from Torrens University and a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Sciences (Honours) from Deakin University.
Her clinical focus includes gut health, hormones, fatigue, nervous system dysregulation, anxiety, burnout, fertility, methylation, and identifying the root of chronic illness — often the things people are told to ‘just live with,’ but which point to deeper patterns of imbalance that can be resolved with the right approach.
Known for her calm presence and highly empathic nature, Jess brings genuine care and intuitive insight to each case — creating a safe, supportive space where patients feel deeply understood and empowered in their healing journey.
MORE
Before becoming a Naturopath, Jess worked in nutrition clinics and in the hospital system — experiences that reinforced for her the limitations of treating illness in isolation, without addressing the whole person. She has also spent time overseas learning about different traditional systems of medicine, including Ayurveda in Sri Lanka and volunteering on community health initiatives in Nepal, Peru, and Africa.
Jess has seen first-hand — in herself, her patients, and her travels — that when we address the root cause, support the foundations of health holistically, and work with the body rather than against it, profound change is possible.
Her role is to help you understand what’s happening in your body, why it’s happening, and how to move forward — with clarity, direction, and support tailored to you to help you become the best version of yourself.
Her approach is thorough, individualised, and grounded in treating the whole person — not just the symptom in isolation, but how everything is connected: gut, hormones, diet, stress, thought patterns and beyond.
Jess preferences using functional (private) testing such as gut microbiome mapping, DUTCH, OAT, Hair Tissue Mineral Analays (HTMA), methylation and vaginal microbiome testing to accurately understand the root cause of your symptoms.
OUR MISSION
In a world that has drifted far from the rhythms of nature — a world shaped by disconnection, stress, and the pursuit of answers outside ourselves — our mission is to guide you home.
Home to who you truly are
Homeyour body’s innate wisdom.
Home to the knowing that you are not separate from nature — you are nature.
Home to a life where vitality, clarity, and harmony are not something to chase, but something to remember.
Through the lens of naturopathy — woven with ancient traditions, modern science, and the timeless intelligence of the natural world — we help people reclaim their vitality, their intuition, and their belonging.
Our work is rooted in the remembering that the health of our bodies is inseparable from the health of the Earth. When we heal ourselves, we participate in the healing of our ecosystems, our communities, and our collective future.
This is not just about resolving symptoms. It’s about dissolving fear, restoring trust, disseminating patterns that hold you back, reconnecting with the truth of who you are and that you are a living, breathing extension of the Earth itself.
On a practical level, this means helping you understand your body, listen to its signals, and restore the foundations of your health. Whether you’re navigating fatigue, gut issues, hormonal imbalances, skin conditions, burnout, or stress, my role is to guide you back to balance — not through quick fixes, but through supporting your body’s natural ability to heal.
When we learn to care for ourselves in alignment with our biology and the rhythms of nature, we not only heal our bodies — we ripple that healing outward. Into our families, our communities, and the planet we call home.
My mission is to be a guide, a mirror, and a partner in that journey — reflecting back the potential that lives within you to regenerate, transform, and thrive, helping you come home to your healthiest, most resilient self.
